01 How do I install a theme I bought?
Download the .zip from your dashboard. In your Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip file, then preview and publish. If you added setup at checkout, our team does this for you.
02 What is the difference between the licences?
A Single store licence lets you use the theme on one Shopify store. Two stores covers two stores, and Unlimited covers as many stores as you run, which suits agencies and brands with several stores.
03 How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Razorpay, so you can pay with UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or a wallet. Prices are in Indian rupees.
04 Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every paid order has an invoice in your dashboard that you can print or save as PDF. Add your business name and GSTIN at checkout to show them on it.
05 Can BaalBo set up the store for me?
Yes. Tick "Setup by BaalBo" at checkout. We install the theme, add your logo, colours and menus, and help you go live. For a fully custom design, see our Shopify store development service.
06 Can I try a theme before buying?
Yes. Every theme has a live demo store. Open it on your phone as well, since most Indian shoppers buy on mobile.
