Sukesh Kumar is the Founder, CEO and Director of BaalBo Infotech, a software development company headquartered in Patna, Bihar. A young businessman from Bihar, he founded BaalBo in 2023 and has grown it into a software company building websites, mobile apps, Shopify stores and SaaS products for clients across India, the USA, the UK and Australia.
How BaalBo started
Sukesh founded BaalBo in Patna in 2023 with no outside funding and one clear goal: prove that a team from Bihar can build software that competes with the best in the world. It began as a small web and Shopify studio, built one client project at a time, and grew on the strength of the work rather than on investor money.
Under his leadership BaalBo has grown into a full-service technology company covering web development, Android and iOS apps, Shopify and WordPress development, SEO, Meta ads, social media management and virtual assistant services, along with in-house products like BaalBo Smart Park.

Building Bihar's tech ecosystem
Sukesh believes the biggest problem in Bihar's technology scene is not talent but opportunity. His mission is to create high-value tech jobs in Patna by training local developers and designers, and by serving global brands from Bihar instead of watching that talent migrate to Bengaluru, Pune or abroad.
Within three years of starting BaalBo, Sukesh received two awards at AI summits for his contribution to Bihar's IT and startup ecosystem.
