Social Media Manager

About the role

We manage social media for businesses across Bihar and India, and for our own brand. We are hiring two Social Media Managers who can plan content, make it look good and turn followers into enquiries.

What you will do

• Plan monthly content calendars for several client pages.
• Write captions and scripts, and create posts, carousels, reels and stories with our designers, or yourself in Canva.
• Schedule and publish on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Reply to comments and messages, and pass leads to the sales team.
• Track reach, engagement and leads, and send clients a simple monthly report.
• Follow trends and suggest ideas that fit each brand.
• Work with our ads team on Meta campaigns.

What we are looking for

• At least a year of managing social media pages for a brand, an agency or your own channel. Show us your work.
• Good writing in English and Hindi.
• Comfort with Canva and basic reel editing (CapCut, InShot or similar).
• Understanding of Meta Business Suite and Instagram insights.
• Able to handle several brands and deadlines at once.
